Chef Allen Routt will partner with Winemaker Tony Rynders of Tendril Wine Cellars and Saffron Fields Vineyard for a pre-IPNC dinner on Thursday, July 25th at the Saffron Fields Vineyard tasting room in Yamhill, Oregon. A seasonal multi-course tasting menu will be served alongside wine pairings from Tendril and Saffron Fields.
